A production-grade AI-powered Executive Dashboard built for a real estate CEO. It acts as a digital chief of staff — automatically organizing the CEO's inbox, meetings, delegations, and action items using AI.
The Challenge
The CEO was buried under a high-volume inbox, back-to-back meetings, and follow-ups that kept slipping. There was no single place to see what needed a decision today, what had been delegated, and which open loops were going stale.
Our Solution
We built an AI 'digital chief of staff' that connects directly to Outlook through the Microsoft Graph API. Claude reads the inbox and meeting notes to extract and categorize action items, track delegations and open loops, and surface a daily focus list — all in a fast React interface backed by Supabase.
